We will be providing activities for children during the event, as well as a children's menu at mealtime.

In order to ensure accurate guest counts and catering arrangements, the RSVP system will not allow you to alter your RSVP after submitting it.

However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our guest list and make any necessary arrangements.

If you are driving, Crathorne Hall is located just off the A19, near Yarm. The postcode is TS15 0AR.

If you are traveling by train you will need to change at Darlington station. From Darlington you can either get a taxi directly to Crathorne Hall, or get the train to Yarm station and then a taxi from there.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Crathorne Hall for our guests. You will need to quote our special wedding code when booking to receive the discounted rate.

This discount code should have been included in your invitation, but please get in touch if you haven't received it.

To book your room, please visit the Crathorne Hall Booking Page and select the appropriate dates.

It may display a message saying there is no availability for the dates, this is due to the rooms being held for our wedding block. Please continue to the booking page and enter the booking code to see the discounted rate.

Yes, Crathorne Hall has ample free parking available for guests.

You can leave your car in the car park overnight.

Crathorne Hall is fully accessible, with ramps and accessible restrooms available.

Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility requirements when you RSVP.

Crathorne Hall provides accessible rooms if you are staying overnight. Just make sure to inform the hotel when you book.

Please take your seats no later than 11:45am, the ceremony starts at 12:00.

Formal or cocktail attire is perfect. Wear something you feel brilliant in.

The ceremony will take place indoors, so you don't need to worry about the weather.

The reception will also be held indoors in the same location. There are outdoor spaces we can use if it is dry, but they will not be the primary setting.

Crathorne Hall only allows biodegradable confetti.

We will be providing biodegradable confetti for guests to use during the ceremony.

Yes, there will be an evening reception following the ceremony.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Crathorne Hall.

Yes, there will be food served during the evening reception.

The whole wedding will be gluten-free (other than drinks).

Please let us know when you RSVP if any of your party have any other dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, nut allergy etc.).

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!

However, if you would like to give a gift, we are putting together a small gift list and also welcome contributions towards our honeymoon fund.

There will be a postbox available at the venue for any cards or gifts.

Crathorne Hall is a dog-friendly hotel, so you are welcome to bring your pets with you if you are staying over. (Make sure to inform the hotel in advance).

However, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets to the wedding ceremony or reception. So they will need to be left in your room.
